As our products are underwear and intimate apparel, returns or exchanges are not accepted once the product has been used, to maintain hygiene and safety standards.

Returns or exchanges are only accepted in case of manufacturing defects.

The product must be unused and in its original condition at the time of return.

Any defect or issue must be reported within 24 hours of receiving the order.

The customer will bear shipping costs for exchanges or returns, unless the issue was caused by our mistake.
